Alexa is a very communicative and open person - it gives her a lot to work with mixed groups of people who bring together different experiences and patterns to work on and play with. Movement has always been present in her life through various practices. Over a decade, she's embraced yoga and mindfulness, seeing them as essential life pillars. As a mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher trained in trauma sensitivity, these practices are also vowed into her yoga teachings. Through slowness practices and yin yoga, she finds calmness and balance and loves to create these spaces, so that people can dive into their inner landscapes.

Yoga Teacher & Global Explorer. From a young age, Zohar's life has been intertwined with yoga, leading her to become a certified 500RYT teacher. With a passion for Contemporary Vinyasa yoga, she emphasizes personal growth, self-acceptance, and intuitive movement. Her teaching style fosters curiosity, encouraging students to evolve and find joy in their journey on and off the mat.
Zohar's global adventures shaped her perspective, driving her to explore external landscapes, discovering different mentalities, cultures, and people is where she learns the most. Such as diving into inner realms. Guided by the principles of AHIMSA (non-violence) and SATYA (truth), she believes in living authentically and serving others through her teachings. Her toolkit includes art, dance, meditation, yogic philosophy, and Asana flows, all anchored by a deep connection to love and universal growth. Tools that have helped her to always find ways to reconnect. Embracing imperfection, sharing, and continuous learning, Zohar invites others to join her dance on life's grand stage, promoting balance, simplicity, and connection. Ready to flow? Lets goooooooo

Emily
Emily is a first generation Filipino-American who has lived in Europe for over a decade, and for a better part of that time in Berlin. She’s straddled cultures and identities her entire life; thus, she is well-versed in the in-between and the hard-to-define.
She reveres ritual, meaning-making, communing in community, and bridging differences in culture, ethnicity, and identity through meditative reflection and storytelling. A reiki practitioner, mindfulness and meditation teacher, and verified tree hugger, she hosts mindfulness and meditation workshops and events, moon phase meditations, and cacao ceremonies online and in person.
Her offerings are colored by her background in writing, styling, sustainability, textile design and creative consultation. Contemplative practices have brought her insight, inspiration, balance, and grounding over the years and she is honored and grateful to accompany people on their journey to reclaim their voice, their vision, their inner peace, and center of gravity.
